It's just like Facebook except it's boring, full of homework assignments and no fun to visit. Enjoy.

Romeo and Juliet Begins

Hey Junior Thespians,

So we’ve started Romeo and Juliet. We spent the last week before holidays going over what iambic pentameter is and how to write a sonnet. Everyone wrote sonnets and read them to the class. They were most lovely. Especially the ones where people sucked up to me.

We’re now fulling into reading Romeo and Juliet. So far we’ve read the following:

The Prologue

Act 1, Scenes 1,2 and 3.

If you missed any class, make sure you have read these scenes and understood them.

We also watched the opening scenes from two different film adaptations.

Next, we’re going to read some more and you’re going to get some practice reading (shudder in fear) on your own.
