Quiz Reminder

Hey Gang,

This is a reminder about your upcoming quiz in Media Studies. Here are the dates for the quiz:

Period A (my home form class) – Wednesday, Oct 3rd

Period G (my afternoon class) – Tuesday, Oct 2nd

For the quiz, you should know the definitions/understand the concepts of the following things:

• The Media Triangle
• The definition of Mass Media and Pop Culture
• The six key roles of Media
• Fads and Icons
• Codes/Conventions
• Ideology

You should have notes or handouts on all these things. If you don’t, make sure to check will your classmates who will be more than happy to help you.
